Easiest Way to Cook Tasty Naan Rolls

Naan Rolls. At grill side, roll one ball of dough out into a thin circle. Naan is an Indian recipe; it's a type of flat bread. Traditionally they are baked inside a very hot clay tandoor oven, with charcoal or wood fire.

  5. Allow to rise for about 1 hour.
  6. Make into 20 same sized rolls and allow to rise on tray for about another hour.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes at 190 °C.
